Using the above link is the easiest way to reserve a room.

If you would rather do it through www.hilton.com, the hotel provides the following information to use the block:
Destination: Fort Wayne, Indiana
Date(s): June 6-8, 2025
Go to the Special Rates box then type in LEA under group code. Close the box and hit “Find a Hotel”. This will bring you to select Hilton Fort Wayne at the Grand Wayne Convention Center where you will see the group name and group rate. Click on view rates.

A third way to reserve is to call the hotel at (260) 420-1100 and let them know the group code of LEA.

PARKING

Parking is available in the garage off Calhoun Street for $15/day. When you check in, tell the hotel you will would like to have it added to your room charges. Your room card will then allow you in-out privileges for the garage.

There is a Skywalk from the 3rd floor of the garage to the hotel

Optional Activity

The 2025 Annual Fort Wayne GermanFest will be held while we are there. You have free time 4pm-6pm on Saturday to visit, if desired.

It is a short distance from the hotel but transportation options are being planned.
