The League of Women Voters of Indiana (LWVIN) and its sister organization, the League of Women Voters Indiana/Education Fund, Inc. (Indiana Education Fund), serve two important yet distinct purposes.

The LWVIN conducts and funds all action and membership-related activities at the state level. Donations to this fund are not tax deductible.

The Indiana Education Fund provides balanced, accurate, nonpartisan information on governmental issues and the political process for all citizens. It conducts and funds research on state issues and, in cooperation with local Leagues, undertakes educational projects that are aimed at providing information and educational services to citizens. Donations to the Indiana Education Fund are tax deductible.

Many businesses will match their employees' gifts to the Indiana Education Fund.

Planned giving is another way to support the LWVIN with bequests of stock, real estate or other assets. Please contact the LWVIN office for information.
